Problem Statement

An Executive Education Centre at a prestigious university needed a learning solution to help new supervisors and managers thrive in complex working environments. The solution needed to develop their potential for success, make them more proactive in issue resolution, and improve their life and career management skills.

Our Work

Artha developed a 6-week blended learning program called DRIVE, which included Interactive eLearning modules, Pre-recorded mini-lectures, self-assessments, regular online discussions with peers and instructors, live interactive webinars ans an independent project for applying learned skills.

The program was divided into 5 modules, each focusing on a different aspect of career success. Tools used included Techsmith Camtasia, Audacity, Articulate Storyline 360, and Adobe Creative Suite.

The course received positive feedback for its well-designed, modular, and bite-sized content. It won an honorable mention at the International eLearning Association academic division 2020 competition and is now offered multiple times a year.
