The client identified a significant and urgent need within the HR profession. To address a national shortage of more than 150,000 data-literate professionals, they set out to create a Certificate in People Analytics, designed to bridge the gap between traditional HR practices and modern analytical capabilities.
We partnered with the university to co-design and redevelop the Certificate in People Analytics through a collaborative process focused on strategic alignment and flexible delivery. This three-course program was re-engineered in three formats: blended, online, and intensive, ensuring flexibility for busy professionals while maintaining academic excellence.
