How we tailor it

Customized six ways

A workshop series only earns its place if it looks like your team’s actual work. Here is what we shape around you before the first session.

1

LLM

Every example, prompt, and activity is delivered in the LLM your team actually has access to — Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or your internal tool.

2

Role

Scenarios built around the roles and duties on your team, so people practise on the work sitting in their own inbox.

3

Examples

We work from your documents, templates, and terminology instead of generic demo content.

4

Goals

AI usage framed against your business goals — what you want faster, better, or off your team’s plate this year.

5

Maturity

Pitched to where your organization actually is, whether that is a first policy conversation or a team already building with agents.

6

Time

Scheduled around your team’s calendar — intensive over a few days, or a steady cadence across several weeks.

The catalogue

Pick the sessions that fit your team

All 15 sessions can be customized to your workflows and delivered in the LLM your team uses. Average session length is two hours.

Foundations

AI Foundations + Prompting

How generative AI actually works, where it shines, where it fails, and the mental models that make it click. Hands-on prompt engineering: structuring prompts, iterating on outputs, and building reusable prompt patterns for everyday work. Fully updated for the newest models and delivered on the LLM of choice for your team.

Creating

Writing Like a Human

Getting AI drafts that don’t sound like AI: voice, tone, and editing techniques that keep your writing authentic and on-brand. Covers emails, job postings, policies, and internal communications. You’ll learn to use AI as a writing partner, not a ghostwriter.

Creating

Building Multimedia

Create images, audio, and video assets with AI, led by our senior multimedia designer. Practical workflows for visuals in presentations, courses, and communications, with copyright and accessibility guardrails built in. Customized to the tools your organization can actually access.

Building

Vibe Coding

Build functional tools, calculators, and mini-apps with AI — no coding background required. Learn to describe what you want, iterate, and ship simple utilities that remove friction from your workflows. Best for teams ready to move beyond documents into working prototypes.

Leading

AI for Managers & Leaders

How to think about AI as a leader: capability planning, what to delegate to AI versus people, and leading a team through adoption. Covers policy, quality control, and modelling good AI practice. Includes frameworks for deciding where AI belongs in your processes — and where it doesn’t.

Foundations

Ethics & Responsibility

Responsible AI in day-to-day work: bias, privacy, confidentiality, and safe data handling — especially critical for HR data. What to verify before trusting an output, and how to set team norms. Practical guardrails grounded in real scenarios, not lectures.

Productivity

Administrative Efficiency

Streamline scheduling, reporting, meeting notes, and email with AI. A deep dive into automating recurring document and spreadsheet work. The highest-ROI session for admin-intensive roles.

Leading

Stakeholder & Change Management

Use AI to map stakeholders, draft communications, and plan change initiatives. Also covers the change management of AI itself: bringing colleagues along as tools and processes shift. Especially relevant for teams piloting AI on behalf of a whole organization.

L&D

AI for Story Design

Narrative and scenario-building with AI for learning and communication. Craft realistic characters, branching scenarios, and case studies in a fraction of the usual time. Popular with L&D teams and anyone who teaches through story.

L&D

AI for Instructional Design

Integrate AI across the full design process: needs analysis, outlines, storyboards, and assessments. Dramatically speeds up content development while keeping quality control firmly with the designer. A must for L&D professionals.

Productivity

Facilitation & Public Speaking

Prepare sessions, generate discussion prompts, anticipate tough questions, and rehearse with AI. Build slide outlines and speaker notes in a fraction of the time. For anyone who trains, presents, or runs high-stakes meetings.

Specialized

AI for Medical & Healthcare

A specialized session for teams working in medical, healthcare, and regulated environments. Covers clinically appropriate use, accuracy verification, and compliance constraints.

Productivity

Marketing for Non-Marketers

Produce campaigns, posts, newsletters, and promotional copy without a marketing team. Useful internally too — like driving sign-ups and engagement for your own programs. Covers messaging, imagery, and content calendars.

Foundations

Copilot Fundamentals

Microsoft Copilot from the ground up: where it lives, what it can see, and how it behaves across Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. Practical patterns for daily work inside the Microsoft ecosystem.

Building

Agentic AI

Beyond chat: AI that takes actions — chatbots, automations, and multi-step agents. Identify which processes are worth automating and what is realistic today versus hype. A window into where your AI roadmap goes next.

Questions

Custom AI workshops: common questions

What is a custom AI workshop series?

A private, hands-on AI training program that Artha Learning runs for a single organization. You choose sessions from a catalogue of 15 topics, and we tailor the examples, scenarios, and activities to your team’s roles, tools, and goals. Sessions average two hours and can be delivered virtually or on-site.

How many sessions should we book?

Three scopes cover most teams. Condensed is any 4 sessions — a focused introduction that builds a shared vocabulary. Regular is any 6 sessions and is our most common program: foundations plus the role-specific topics that matter to your team. Expanded is any 9 sessions, for organizations making AI part of how they work.

Which AI tools do you train on?

Whichever one your team actually has access to. Every prompt, example, and activity is delivered in your LLM — Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or an internal tool. There is a dedicated Copilot Fundamentals session for organizations standardized on the Microsoft ecosystem.

Who are these workshops for?

Teams that need to use AI in their day-to-day work rather than study it in theory: learning and development, HR and People, marketing, communications, operations and administration, managers and leaders, and teams in regulated environments such as healthcare. No coding background is required for any session, including Vibe Coding and Agentic AI.

How are the sessions scheduled?

Around your team’s calendar. Patterns we have run include three two-hour sessions a week, two two-hour sessions a day for an intensive format, and two two-hour sessions a week for a steadier cadence. We also plan for the take-home practice work that follows each session.

What is included with every workshop?

Every session is recorded and shared along with the full slide deck, and each one comes with take-home practice work. Two extras are available: an optional closing showcase where your team presents what they have built, and office hours as an add-on — drop-in time with our facilitators between sessions.

Can workshops be delivered on-site?

Yes. Sessions run fully virtually or on-site at your location, and cohort sizes are flexible. Artha Learning is a Canadian company and works with organizations across Canada and the United States.

How much does a custom program cost?

Pricing depends on the number of sessions, the size of your team, and how much customization you need. Tell us about your team and we will come back with a shape and a quote — email training@arthalearning.com or use the enquiry form on this page.

How is this different from your open masterclasses and certification?

Custom workshops are private to your organization and shaped around your work. If you would rather send individuals to a scheduled public session, or want a deeper credential, see our AI masterclasses and AI Accelerator Certification, which earns 12 ATD recertification points or 0.5 CACE credit. For bespoke course build rather than live training, see custom learning design and development.
