To earn a certificate from the AI Accelerator, participants must attend all live workshop sessions. If you miss one session, you may still qualify for certification by watching the full recording and completing the associated task. If you miss more than one session, you’ll need to rejoin the missed session(s) with a future cohort. A discounted rate will be offered for rejoining. Certification is granted only after all workshops are attended (or made up) and the end-of-course survey is completed.
Participants may request a full refund up to 7 calendar days before the program start date. Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email. After this point, no refunds will be issued; however, participants may request to transfer their registration to a future cohort of the same program, subject to availability.
In the event that Artha Learning Inc. must cancel or postpone a program, participants will be offered the option to receive a full refund, or transfer their registration to a future session at no additional cost.
Our goal is to maintain fairness and flexibility while ensuring operational continuity and commitment from enrolled learners.
We take data privacy and learner confidentiality seriously. Learners may request access to their own information (such as attendance records, completion status, or CEU documentation) at any time by contacting our team in writing. Requests are typically fulfilled within 5 business days.
We maintain a private Discord community to support learner-to-learner discussion. Participation is entirely voluntary, and no personal information is shared without the learner’s consent. Learners are encouraged to connect with peers via professional platforms like LinkedIn, but this is at their discretion.
No learner data is shared with other participants, third-party organizations, or external entities without explicit, written consent from the individual. If an employer, accrediting body, or other third party requests information, we will first contact the learner for permission before releasing any records.
