The client, an executive education provider, found that their 3-day training course resulted in low content retention among participants. Learners felt they lacked sufficient time and opportunities to apply concepts and receive feedback, leading to unclear application in their roles.
Artha developed a blended learning approach featuring 10 SCORM eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, and Snagit. The 6-week program included online modules, discussion forums, a course-long individual project, live webinars, and 2 days of in-class experience. This approach won first place in the blended learning category at the IELA 2018 eLearning awards and has consistently received high participant satisfaction ratings.
