Problem Statement

Our client was a non-profit organization providing training to law graduates before they are called to the Bar. Law graduates felt unprepared for the workforce despite substantive legal knowledge. The client sought to bridge this gap with hands-on, engaging eLearning modules as part of the PREP program, focusing on core skills like negotiating, writing, and interviewing.

Our Work

Artha developed two immersive eLearning modules using a “learn by doing” approach. These modules featured video recordings, professional voiceovers, and interactive exercises, allowing graduates to practice and demonstrate legal skills.

The modules received positive feedback from students and were showcased successfully at the D2L Fusion conference. They also won multiple international awards, including the Brandon Hall Award for Best Advance in Custom Content.
