AI Powered Interactions with AIReady PracticeLayer Masterclass

Build an AI coach or roleplay that gives expert-quality feedback, and holds up when learners push it

About this masterclass

What this session covers

Imagine training that feels like one-on-one coaching: learners practise real-world conversations, get instant feedback, and receive support tailored to what they actually said. Getting a coach to behave reliably is a design problem far more than a technical one. In this masterclass you build your own AI coach or roleplay in AIReady PracticeLayer, Artha’s AI practice layer for learning, and the principles apply on any platform.

This masterclass is practical and hands-on rather than technical. Over 2.5 hours of live virtual instruction you will work through the outcomes below, using one skill or conversation your learners need to practise as the raw material.

Learning outcomes

You’ll leave able to

  • Design AI roleplays, simulations, and coaches that serve a defined learning objective.
  • Write personas and guardrails that keep a character consistent and in role, even when learners try to derail it.
  • Build a rubric grounded in real standards, so the coach scores open-text responses and returns specific, defensible feedback.
  • Test for the failure modes that matter: drifting out of role, over-praising, leaking answers, and unsafe content.
  • Build a working coach during the session and place it in a Storyline or Rise course, or in your LMS.
