Who it’s for

Who this AI training is for

L&D and instructional design teams

AI is reshaping how learning gets designed, built, and delivered. Our workshops show L&D professionals how to use AI across the full instructional design process, from needs analysis to storyboarding to content creation, without losing the craft. You will leave with working prompts, real outputs, and a clear sense of where AI helps and where it does not.

People and Education teams

For the teams who help others learn, grow, and do their best work. We train People and Education professionals on practical, responsible AI workflows for planning programs, developing materials, communicating clearly, and streamlining the administrative load, with clear guidance on privacy, accuracy, and where human judgment stays essential.

Business professionals and leaders

You do not need a technical background to get real value from AI. Our sessions give managers, analysts, and executives a working command of AI tools: how to write effective prompts, automate routine work, evaluate outputs critically, and lead teams through AI adoption with confidence rather than fear.

Topics

What our AI training covers

Prompt engineering

Hands-on practice in a live prompt lab using leading tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, and Claude. Learn to give AI the right instructions and context to get consistently useful output.

AI for writing well

Write better, faster, with AI as a working partner: reports, proposals, communications, and documentation that keep your voice and meet your standards. Learn to draft, edit, and refine without letting the tool flatten your writing.

Multimedia and content creation

Put AI to work on graphics, audio, video, and rapid prototyping, and turn rough ideas into polished learning assets in a fraction of the usual time.

AI for administrative work

Simplify and streamline the administrative and communication tasks that eat your week: summaries, emails, reports, scheduling, and documentation.

No-code AI tools

Build simple, functional AI-powered tools customized to your team’s use cases. No coding required.

AI leadership and ethics

Understand the implications of AI use in your organization and how to apply it responsibly: privacy, bias, accuracy, and building policies your team can actually follow.

Certification

AI Accelerator Certification

Our deepest program: six live virtual sessions spanning individual projects, expert feedback, and a capstone showcase. You will move from AI fundamentals through advanced, job-specific applications, building a portfolio of real work along the way, with direct coaching from Garima Gupta, founder and CEO of Artha Learning and a recognized authority on AI in learning and development.

The certification earns 12 ATD recertification points or 0.5 CACE credit, and has been recognized by the University of Victoria’s Continuing Studies department. Cohorts are kept small so every participant presents work and gets feedback.

AI for Managers and Leaders Masterclass

Lead people, redesign work, and make better decisions in an AI-augmented workplace

AI is no longer simply a productivity tool for drafting emails or summarizing documents. It is changing how organizations plan work, develop talent, allocate resources, make decisions, and deliver results.

You’ll leave able to

  • Identify high-value opportunities to use AI across workforce planning, managerial decision-making, and everyday operations.
  • Redesign workflows by deciding what to eliminate, simplify, standardize, automate, AI-augment, or keep human-led.
  • Determine the appropriate level of human oversight based on risk, accountability, sensitivity, and the consequences of error.
  • Design practical workflows, automations, and focused AI agents that improve efficiency, quality, and consistency.
  • Lead responsible AI adoption by establishing clear expectations, privacy safeguards, human review, and employee support.
Who it is for

People who are responsible for teams, processes, business outcomes, or organizational decisions:

  • People managers and team leaders
  • Directors and department heads
  • Executives and business-unit leaders
  • Operations, project and product leaders
