Interactive eLearning with Personalized Learning Paths
The client needed a self-paced training solution to improve proficiency in a complex stock management software, decrease data entry errors, and eliminate the need for expensive data cleanup. The training needed to increase learner retention and relevance to various roles, replacing outdated in-person workshops.
Artha conducted an in-depth needs analysis and created personalized learning paths for each role/audience. The solution streamlined 80 action items into cohesive buckets for mandatory, recommended, and optional training. Developed using Articulate 360 and Adobe Captivate, the training leveraged an existing user guide to create a digital solution.
The learner experience included role-based “IDs” allowing users to access the most relevant content, personalized practice activities, and just-in-time performance support. The training approach shifted from a one-time event to a continuous learning methodology.
The outcome was significant: improved proficiency in the software, decreased data entry errors, and increased relevance of content to learners’ roles. The modality allowed for easy updates and customization for role-based learning. This successful project led to an ongoing partnership with the client for creating various training solutions.
