Problem Statement

Ontario’s largest community hospital network needed to improve workplace policy standards and prevent escalation of offending incidents. The solution had to accommodate a wide variety of employee groups, connecting policies with real-world experiences and addressing sensitive topics.

Our Work

Artha designed two SCORM-compliant eLearning modules hosted on the hospital’s LMS. The modules featured interactive elements like click and reveal modals, definitions, and multimedia carousels. A unique branching technique was employed to make scenarios relevant to different learner personas. Learners could choose two out of four scenarios, tailoring the content to their specific roles. The modules received positive feedback from learners and the client, and have since been repurposed as in-person workshops.
