AI for Managers and Leaders Masterclass

Lead people, redesign work, and make better decisions in an AI-augmented workplace

About this masterclass

What this session covers

AI is no longer simply a productivity tool for drafting emails or summarizing documents. It is changing how organizations plan work, develop talent, allocate resources, make decisions, and deliver results.

This masterclass is practical and business-focused rather than technical. Over 2.5 hours of live virtual instruction you will work through leading the AI-augmented workforce, redesigning work with AI, building effective human–AI teams, and leading AI adoption responsibly — using your own recurring workflows and management decisions as the raw material.

Learning outcomes

You’ll leave able to

  • Identify high-value opportunities to use AI across workforce planning, managerial decision-making, and everyday operations.
  • Redesign workflows by deciding what to eliminate, simplify, standardize, automate, AI-augment, or keep human-led.
  • Determine the appropriate level of human oversight based on risk, accountability, sensitivity, and the consequences of error.
  • Design practical workflows, automations, and focused AI agents that improve efficiency, quality, and consistency.
